What does Trend & Tend track?
Maintenance for your home, vehicles, and equipment — things like HVAC systems, cars, lawn mowers, snow blowers, and generators. You get service history, recurring reminders, fuel and mileage tracking, and cost totals, all in one place.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Trend & Tend works fully offline from first launch, with no account required. An account only comes into play if you choose to set up sync to your own self-hosted backend.
What happens to my data if I don't self-host?
It stays on your device, in a local database, under your control. Nothing is sent to us or any third party. See Trend & Tend's privacy details for the full picture.
What platforms are supported?
Native apps for iOS and Android are in development. App Store and Google Play links will appear on this site once they're available.
Can I export my data?
Yes — data export (including attachments like receipt and odometer photos) is a core part of the design, so you're never locked in.
Is there a Docker image I can run myself?
The sync backend is open-source and self-hostable with Docker Compose today. A published, ready-to-pull container image is planned — check the Products page for the link once it's live.
How much does Trend & Tend cost?
Pricing details will be published here once the apps are available in the App Store and Google Play. The backend and web app are free for personal, non-commercial self-hosting.
